I'm doing it now. Using chicken carcass and chicken feet. Just started. So, I have 11 hours to go. Can't wait for this 😍

Do you regularly need to scum off the impurities? I want to cook this in my slow cooker but im worried taking off the lid will delay it.

as long as you roasted your bones and keep the heat on, there won't be much impurities in the broth

This looks so good!! Does it need to be stirred at all during the 10-12 hours? Or does it have to stay completely covered? Sorry if this is a dumb question 😅
